I can't figure out how to open the two back doors. They only have exterior door handles due to it being a hearse, and those handles have both broke inside the door. I can't figure out how to get the doors off to fix this problem. If it makes any difference it has been modified by Superior Coaches and the rear doors are actually the over sized limo doors. Any suggestions?

Looks like you are going to have to CAREFULLY remove the interior trim panel to access the latch rod. Good luck, hopefull the trim panel doesn't get damaged.
