I couldn't remember who all asked, but here's what i did with my Dub city escalade. Very simple, and if the wheels didn't hit the door hinges, it would roll :D

It's very simple. I cut the exisiting axle in half, then made a back support for the new shorter axle out of a left over plastic model parts tree. I then just drilled a diagnal hole through the plastic chassis and the new axle support. The axle support was glued down using a two part quick dry epoxy.

They don't turn. Dub City's are on straight axles.

If you don't lower it as far as I did, then yes the wheels will still roll. On mine, the tires are laid hard against the hoor hinge so it can't roll.
