97 voyager several problems

1 no dash lights. I checked all fuses, is it possible all the bulbs could be burned out?
2 Heater fan works sometimes, as far as I am aware the fan motor is good, is there a relay or something other than what is in the fuse panels?

1 - Check the instrument cluster connector. Not likely they all blew at the same time.
2 - Next time the blower doesn't work, check for 12vdc at the blower motor connector. If it's there the blower is toast. If it's not it could be the blower resistor block/control module, panel switch or wiring.
