erratic idle, cold start

Aaron has a '94, Z vin, S-10. When it is a cold start, the idle is all over the place, it revs up quite high, any suggestions?

Any check engine lights or codes?

Always check for vacuum leaks and vacuum lines and PCV valve.

Clean TBI buttery fly and IAC valve.
And ON TBI injection always check base gasket under TBI.
