Need help with code P0300 P0301 and P0302

I am in a great ened of help. I have a 2001 Passat 1.8 Turbo engine trim is AUG. My car is acting funny since yesterday. When i startmy car it idles rough and CEL start flashing but as soon as i drive at like 10-15MPH speed it becomes smooth and CEL stops blinkin. I tool my car to autozone and have it scanned got P0340 P0300 P0301 and P0302. It means random misfire and misfire in cylinder 1 and 2.
After reading the post i swap coild boot 1,2 with 3 and 4. But misfire didn't move with cylinder. So i waited whole night reset CEL and swap coil 1 qith 4 and 2 with 3. Have i scanned again not i am gettin P0300 = random misfire and P0302 + misfire in cylinder 2. I didn't get P0301 this time. I dunno much about ignition system
What should i try next? My nearest dealer is about 90 miles away. Can someone guide me what should i try changing sparks plug or new coil pack? Does my car have ICM ?
