A friend and I just replaced the worn out front brake pads on my 2005
Toyota Corolla S. I took pictures of the process and created a quick
guide.
The steps should be the same on any ninth generation (2003-2008) Corolla.
Here's the guide - Toyota Corolla Front Brake Pads Replacement Guide

Total cost of the procedure was just $32 for the ceramic brake pads
from Advance Auto. (I had a 20% off coupon code for the website, which
is "P20".)
I hope someone finds it to be useful.

Should mention that it is important to check the slides to make sure they move freely. Its also not a bad time to pull them and re-lube them to prevent them from seizing in the future. Also check the brake hoses for cracks and signs of wear. There is a lot more to a brake job than just replacing pads.

This is very helpful especially for a newbie like, it will definitely help me a lot, in terms of finances and do not need to hire a mechanic to do it.
