I just did a complete head and intake gasket over haul. I've checked and rechecked all wire hoses etc. . My venture will crank, but will not start. Would one bad spark plug or plug wire cause this problem? I'm getting fuel to the injectors. Please help.

Nope on the one plug or plug wire. Check the plug on the passenger side of the ICM (where the coil packs are mounted), that is for the 7x Crank sensor (2 wire) and if it isnt making good connection (or hooked up) it wont start.
