dakota engine swap

Hey everyone. Im just lookin to see if anybody in the past has done this and what problems if any they had. I have a 97 dakota with a 5.2L engine. It has 190 k on it. Gonna have to do the engine soon.

I found a jasper engine from a 95 ram. But it has a 5.9 on it. I know its almost identical but i wanted to know what i have to look forward to with it. It comes with the trans and both trucks are 4 wheel drive. Any advice would be great and much appreciated. Thanks...
