90 lebaron starts fast when cold takes long when warm

When i start my car in the morning it fires up with a turn of the key. After i drive it and it is warm it turns over and over for about ten seconds and fires. Does anyone know why?

I put new plugs and wires in it, fuel filter.

I hate sounding ghetto when starting my car .
