Wrangler Cabin Waterproofing

What things would I need to do to waterproof the entire cabin of a Wrangler? I'm assuming taking out the carpet and either changing or covering the seats are necessary, but I am worried about the electronics on the dash (especially the radio). I would love to just drive this around with no top at all and not care if it rains or not. Is this possible?
