Armrest question

Just bought an 06 cobalt and it came with no armrest, i just purchased the "armrest package" from gmpartsdirect.com (part number 19157353) i just wanted to know if anyone knows if the "package" comes with the mounting bracket and screws as well, it didnt say on the site, just says it includes the cup holder. however on other sites that list the package it says it does come with everything. :confused:

How did the installation go? I am interested in installing an armrest in my Cobalt, could you share the directions? Thanks!
