old gasoline

Don't know if this is the right place...please direct me to a better place if it isn't...

What do you do when you have really old gasoline in a car (http://mercuryforum.com/forum/showthread.php?p=14340#)? Do you put in some kind of a product that breaks it up and then siphon the old gas out or something?

You'll have to remove the gas tank.
