Blown Cavalier

I remember hearing rumors about a blown Cavalier to
be a competitor for the Neon SRT-4 and the coming
200-hp Saturn Ion Redline. Would this be true?

as far ass i know there is like 2 blown concept cars but nutten set in stown yet
