350 with 5 or 6 speed?

I'm still learning but I know what I want. So my question is if I have a standard 5.7 350, what 5 or 6 speed manual transmission would I use that would handle say around 350-400hp.

I would say go with a Tremec 5 or 6 speed.
The link below from Keisler will steer you in the right direction. They have complete kits to install them in a wide variety of applications.
Summit racing also sells them.

Hope you have deep pockets for they are not cheap.. :shakehead

The nice thing about that upgrade is you can run 3.73 or 4.11 gears :evillol: and still have low cruising rpm's on the highway.
