So here it is 3 monthes after timing belt and pulleys replaced. Ran good. Now overnight it gained codes I AM BAFFLED!! Shortly after doing the timing belt I got a code saying system to lean. Now it idles rough, really lost power and even is messing with the transmission's shifting ability. Here are the current codes(also it was started once without the airclearer ductwork installed. CODES: O2 sensor bank 1, sensor 2 , System to lean bank 1, IAT sensor1 circuit high input, and maf circuit low input. So are these all connected? Give me some ideas?

If you started the car without stuff plugged in it will set codes for those items. Clear the codes and see what comes back.

Sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Should be fairly obvious if it is running ruff. Make sure the air snorkel is tight around the throttle body and the MAF is clean.
