Altima Diesel?

I would like to get some people's opinions about this car, if that'd be OK.
It is a Diesel engine Nissan Altima.
It's on Ebay.
Any opinion, good, bad, or otherwise some kind of recommendation would be great. The other alternative I'm looking at is a Volkswagen TDI of some variety.
