My latest work is pretty much finished right now.. only have to fix the jackstands and the base for the diorama.
The model is the Tamiya JGTC Nissan Skyline GT-R34 Xanavi which I have choosen for a little diorama. I have opened up the door and built the doorside. I have also added some wiring and piping to the interior. I have also added seatbelts and some new PE-brakes.
Hope you enjoy the pictures !

As you can see there is also a lot of CF, both in decal-form and my own handmade carbon-pattern. In th wheelarches there is also alot of kevlar-decals. :)
Thanks for looking !

Wow Rickard, what a niiiiice and clean job !!!
Seems you used your own made carbon pattern on the central instrumentation tunnel and on the back firewall. Any additional info about your technique, please?

the finish is really smooth and the open door really add a lot of impact on such a nice finish
the thickness of the 'black rubber' wrapping the rollcage a bit inconsistent though :icon16:

Very nice Rickard, very nice. The not easy job for the needed sorrounds and pillars is really great and the finishing also.
I'm really happy: your skills grown up a lot in the last few years: with the community help, feedback (sometimes critic when needed) and motivation and with your passion, job and devotion you're starting to achieve such professional results. Bravo.

Hello Rickard,
this is definitely one of the best R34s I have seen so far. Great work on the opened door, looks almost real from some angels. Detailing is on a very high level, too. Please tell us something about your CF'ing by hand technique. Thanks.
