shaking?

whenever i stop at a stop light the car shakes like a mother. when i step on the gas it shakes a lil also. this started happening in the past couple of days.
anybody know the reason why and how to fix it?

Maybe you have a loose mount or something like that. I got no clue

i had that experience, shaking/vibrating, but only after im running about 90 km/hr. my mechanic told me i need to replace some engine support/mounting and probably have my front tires rebalance too. now im running about 110 km/hr and no more vibrating/shaking.

Check for vacuum leaks.. but that would mean - your idle would be bad and you would probably be lacking power...

can u give more details?
