89 bronco wont start 351w

im not getting any spark or fuel. the fuel pump relay has no power and the coil is not getting spark. about a week ago it ran great any ideas on what it could be. if i run power to the fuel pump relay i can get fuel but im still not getting any spark. im not sure if it could be the pcm or what
