Hypertech Max Energy 42003 for 04 F150

I bought a Hypertech Max Energy (model # 42003) for my 2004 F150, 4X4, 5.4L. I was hoping to improve my mileage a little. I currently get 11 city, 13 highway. I understand most of the tuning for the programmer except for the rev limiter and shift points. I understand the concept but I don't know how to determine what the rev limiter for my truck is. Could someone who successfully programmed a similar truck tell me their settings? Or could someone tell me how to determine what my rev limiter is so I will have a starting point? Do I just need to call Ford to find out what my truck's rev limiter is?
