A buddy of mine told me it was alright to open the hood and wash it out every now and then. He actually recommended it. Is it safe to use water on the parts under the hood??

I wash my car under the hood, becease when you are on a show ore something like that it looks nice and clean, and yes you could use water and you could use a lot of water but if you just used a wet towel it works fine:wink:and some kitchen cleaner from you mother:iceslolan

When you have to use a lot of water start your engine sow it keeps running:wink:

Good luck
