Ford F-150 Passenger side Airbag "OFF" light is on..

I have a 2001 Ford F-150 and the passenger side Airbag "Off" light is on. What does that means and how do I turn it "On"?

I'm not sure of your application but most cars and trucks have a sensor in the seat that tells the computer someone is sitting in it. If the seat is empty the airbag will be turned off. If someone is in the seat the aribag will be activated and the light should go out.
If the light is still on when someone is sitting in the seat then check the wiring harness under the seat. If you are not the first owner it's possible someone disconnected the sensor.

I got it. The switch was turned off. I didn't know that the key could turn the airbag back on.
