Water Pump Mounting Threaded Hole Broke Off

Hey guys,
1989 Oldsmobile 98. While removing one of the fasteners to remove the waterpump the threaded hole on the edge of the timing chain cover snapped off. See Picture. Am i screwed on this account? Will I not get a good seal without this fastener on my water pump? I may be able to get a longer fastener and a washer, but i'm not sure yet. Any thought?
