O2 sensor on bank 1 and bank 2 runs lean engine per code dies at stop sign what is the wrong

Vacuum leak. Leaking intake gaskets and rubber elbows on vacuum lines are pretty common. If its running funky and it is a vacuum leak you should be able to hear it with the hood open and a little poking and proding.
