Car loan Question

I need to get a car loan. Because my truck was rear ended and the other insurance company paid to fix my truck. But did fix the truck but only cosmetically no under body repairs. The whole rear end needs to be rebuilt which is going to cost $2000 to fix. This is 2003 ford ranger 4cy 5sp with 139092 miles on it. Anyway I am on ssi and only get $845 a month and I live in Ca. Dealers are not will to give me a loan because I do not make $1300 a month. I have no money put down on a car. But have the truck as a trade. How do I get loan for a new car any help would be great.:frown:
