TCC Problem 92 regal GS 3.8

92 Buick Regal Gran Sport 3.8 transmission is the T-440 i believe and i am recieving code 39

Hello i am have a problem that i am trying to diagnose with my TCC. there are lots of electrical problems with my car so i am tring to figure out if my TCC selenoid is gone or if the problem is in the electrical wiring.

Could some one with a similar year and model measure the resistance at pins A and D of the round connector (TCC) on the transmssion when it is disconnected, and to measure on the transmission side not the connector. i need to know the resistance to compare with mine.(mine is .0274 Ohms). My TCC connector is located at the front of car beneath the air filter going into the transmission.

I tried to find one at parts store & dealership. Parts store does not list the Selenoid and dealership does not have one in stock :disappoin
