I looked back to the old posts, and couldn"t find the answer, so here it goes!
When I drive the car after sittng overnight, and I come to the 1st stop sign, the brakes act like I'm on ice (abs reacts). That goes on until the light comes on, then I have regular braking til the next time it sits for a while. Why would abs "engage" when roads aren't slippery?

Possibly dirt between the sensor and reluctor. Or a damaged sensor. Try removing all 4 wheels and clean the reluctors with a soft brush. Get all dirt out of it. More than likely it is in the rear wheels as the emergency brake drums are kind of enclosed.
