2001 Malibu

After starting car, instrument panel gauges stop working, power windows won't work, radio won't play & heat or a/c does not work. After awhile everything goes to normal and am able to play radio, use heat or air and power windows. Has anyone else had this problem. I had theft system problem but corrected this by cutting yellow wire and installing switch to yellow wires. Does this have anything to do with ecm or bcm? Any help would be greatly appreciated and Thanks in advance.
