check engine light after gas tank is filled and ac issues

I have a 96 infiniti g20 After I filled the gas tank and drove for about 10 mins the check engine light came on ant one got any ideas why.

Also the ac is not blowing cold air the system is charged and I hear rthe car labor when the ac is turned on is there something else I can look at
