2002 Ford Expedition while on kinda gurgles every so often

I have a 2002 Ford Expedition XLT/Triton on a trip to Dallas while in a drive thru I rolled the window down and noticed almost like a hesitation gurgling noise the truck never turned off nor has any engine lights come on or Service Engine Soon lights either, but thought I would reach out to see if anyone could help with some possibilities of what could be wrong. Maybe the timimg chain, oil pump, ???

Any help or thoughts are appreciated

Check that you have enough coolant in the overlow tank. If there is air in the system it will make a gurgling sound in the heater box.

Had the same issue with my 2001. My issue turned out to be the #3 ignition coil. Hope this helps!
