1991 olds 98 regency code 41

I am getting a code 41 with my service engine soon light. I have replaced the cam and crank sensors, the ignition control module, plugs and plug wires. Also, the magnet behind the cam sensor is in place and intact. After clearing the code, it returns after about 10 minutes of driving. Any ideas on what to look for next would be greatly appreciated.
