please help, Engine Cover

Hello, I have a BMW Engine Cover that I am trying to sell and I was wondering if any one knew what year this cover came off of. I was told a 2003 BMW E65 745I Series. I have a picture here at the photobucket website. I hope it comes through clear, as I have never tried posting a pic before.
