What Can I See From This Navigation?

I'm going to buy a car, but know nothing about the stuff. With suggestions from some friends, I have fixed some alternatives (including Passat). Now I'm choosing a GPS navigation and have found one (http://www.tinydeal.com/R001/rgp7447-p-6788.html). It looks pretty, but i need to know what I can see from the machine and whether the price is proper. Want some suggestions from experienced users.
