What exactly do you want to do? Make a scoop on the hood? Cut some air-ducts in the hood ? Tell us what you want to do and we tell you how to do it... EASY :)

There is a tutorial to make a cowell induction hood here:
How to make a cowell induction hood (http://www.briansmodelcars.com/tutorials/tutorial.asp?TutorialID=10&CurPage=1)
What you have to do depends on what you want to achieve though.

Well you have to know what you want to do before we can help. This is a pointless post if you dont have an idea in mind.

modelcarmaster16, if that is your real name , whatever shape you find on a hood, it can be recreated with styrene sheets. Styrene sheets are thick sheets of white or clear plastic you can buy at hobby shops. There are many different widths (is that even a word?), look at which one would best suits your need for bending and cutting shapes for the hood. You should make the shape (or scoop) out of the styrene sheets and put it on the hood as if it were the scoop, and putty up the edges of the styrene-made scoop shape so it blends in with the hood. you'll find yourself sanding and puttying many times, it'll be over eventually... primer and paint.
DISCLAIMER: I've never worked with styrene :p
