Stuck Window

My 1990 silverado blazer is having slight electrical(?) problem with the electric windows. The passenger side control will only do the last thing the driver side did. For example, if i rolled the passenger window up half way, the passenger can only roll it up and not down. But if i begin to roll it down they can only roll it down. I have checked the sircuit breaker for the power windows and it was fine and i cannot find any reference to this problem in my manuels. Any ideas would be apreciated!

Sounds like there might be an issue with the driver side master switch.
