i have some old enkei rf-1 17s and i was wondering what the best
way to paint them would be cause i called around and it
will cost more to get them powder coated then i paid for my
wheels thanks!!!

It's going to be difficult to paint properly as the wheel manufacturers use some advanced techniques and machines. I would continue to shop wheel reconditioners.
