Does any one know if there is a aftermarket replacement for the lower control arms? Being here in the northeast, the winters have taken a toll on mine and are rotting out. My local Ford Stealership wants $200.00 a piece. I was thinking of making my own, but if I can replace them from other than a junk yard, I would. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I actually found a aftermarket set on ebay that looks pretty well made vs the stamped steel ones. I'm going to order a set this week.:iceslolan

to just add some info to this thread, not to hijack it, but with us guys unlucky enough to have rusted out lower rear trailing arms, you can get them from either ebay or like the set i just ordered from PMT machine, the PMT's are 299.99 and free shipping for the pair and come with 4 new bolts and nuts and all hardware that is needed, plus they have grease fittings and can be rebuilt. if you go with a set that does not include new bolts, you will have to buy one new bolt from a Ford dealer , cost is 20.00 a bolt .
the reason you need one new bolt, you have to cut the drivers side bolt by tank to get it out. just push it out as far as you can towards the tank, and use something to cut the head off or cut bolt in half, i plan on making a shield out of a piece of tin so sparks dont go everywhere and cutting mine with a electric or air grinder
