I have a 95 Jimmy. I had a new radiator installed, new hoses, thermostate, and radiator cap. Yet I am still loosing a jug of raiator fluid per week. I removed the intake manifold thinking it might be leaking at the gasket, but no visible signs were evident, Since I purchased the radiatoer cap, the reservior for radiator fluid is not emptying into the radiator. HELP!

You need to get a good cap.
But also.
Check hose between jug and rad.

For the hard to find leaks they make a leak dye test fluid for coolant.

Add some and look for the leak.
And also keep a eye on the engine oil.
If coolant leaking into it it will turn color and or show leak dye in it.

Does engine ever run hot or smoke on start up?

Did you replace the lower intake with the problem solver molded rubber and metal gasket?
