Re Flocking Fibers Help

Does any one know of what type of glue to use to re flock the interior parts? I have tried 3m Super 77 and Rubber Cement with very bad results. I am having trouble finding a glue that will hold up to the cars use and abuse and the Florida Heat. Any and all suggestions, would be appreciated.
