89 daytona over boosting

i need help!!!!!!!! i need to know how to either fix the boost problem or make the engine/ ecm take the boost... either or both fixes would help alot.....



I bought the car rebuilt the bottom end(yeah i cheated but i got a really good deal) runs great as far as i can tell the wastegate solenoid isnt opening the wastegate or maybe im wrong on how this works... i get 20lbs if i get on it and the engine misfires which i would expect... can anyone help???
