Brake problem

I am having some problems with my brakes. I have a 92 CX that was sitting for over a year. The brake system is completely stock.

When I apply my brakes after normal acceleration there is very minimal brake pressure. Its feels like the brakes are manual brakes. (without any assistance). But if I press the brake pedal down and immediately let it up and then reapply it I get some pressure.

I have bled all 4 corners twice and I have also bled the master cylinder once. I have performed the normal brake booster checks such as applying the pedal a few times while the car is off and and pressing the brake and turning the vehicle on. The checks come out fine.

I am not leaking any fluid as far as I know.

The only thing that I can think of is that the booster is bad and needs replacing because I dont know what else would cause this problem.

If you could please give me some opinions on what you think is wrong and why, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
