a/c water sloshing not draining

Hi. I have a 2002 S10 4.3. I noticed a water sloshing sound. Appears that the condensate that should be draining out, when the A/c is running, is not draining. I looked under the hood and cannot find the drain. Can anyone tell me where the drain is?

Look on the under side of firewall under evaporator housing.
Rubber flipper or plastic pipe or just hole in evaporator housing.
