Don't pay dealer prices. I was on eBAY last week and I found 2 auctions for newer SI rims, and several for older sets, so maybe you should just modify your search. It's definitely not worth paying the dealer.

If you search "Honda Civic", you should find lots of people sellin em. I've seen them go for about $400 a set

Ok, maybe not $400. It doesn't really matter for me anyway, cuz when my friend gets new rims for his '00 Si, he's sellin me his Si rims for $250 w/tires

My search for "civic si wheels" yielded 5 wheel auctions. 2 sets from 99, 2 from 2000, and one set from 2001, so people are definitely selling these wheels from time to time.
