HERE I GO. IM A MAIL CARRIER. The motor does not overheat. when it cuts off i smell old gas fume odor. I have to let it sit for 30 minutes, then it will crank . when it cuts off there is still a spark to the plugs. the hotter the day the more it cuts off . no check engine light comes on. any ideas of what i can start replacing ? thanks

Other than the fuel odor (which I might dismiss for now) your symptoms seem quite consistent with a failing fuel pump. If you have access to a fuel pressure gauge I would start by checking the fuel pressure when the car stalls and fails to restart. Does it also seem to fail more quickly when low on fuel? The fuel pump is in the fuel tank and a full tank of fuel can help to keep the pump cooler longer. Of course this doesn't help if the car sits outside in the sun all day.
