He's for real, but those prices are before you start paying fees to get one here. He's in Japan man.

450% of the cars price in bonds + legalization fees:
$25,000 for 1997 and newer
$17,000 for 1993 - 1996
$16,000 for older than '93

That's if you buy the car from J's Garage, who, if I might add uses MotoRex as their RI.

I paid 50 for my '95 R33 GTR.

J,

I thought it was 150%, not 450%?

Hows the power tour project coming a long?

It's a 150% DOT bond plus a 300% customs bond
suck.

The Power Tour Project is not coming along very well.
I needed the car to be back in Kansas City about a week ago to make deadline. Needless to say it is still in Cali. They move a bit slow out there.
I am looking into buying a new motor for the car. Not sure which one yet though, I'll explain via PM if you want me to.
The exhaust, wheels, and head gasket all came in along with a bunch of other misc. parts. The Turbo kit is with the car in Cali.
I just don't know if I'm going to have time to put it in and tune it before the power tour now. It's not suppossed to be in Kansas City until NEXT WEEK now too.
I still will probably take it but it might be on stock turbos with an exhaust intake, chiller, Power FC+commander, and a bottle.
If that's the case I will buy a new motor and have it in the machine shop while I'm on the tour so when I get back I can just swap the motors and have it ready(hopefully) for Sami's Skyline meet.

I got a question, not reall that goes with you first post but something about importing the Skyline back to the states, I just finidh reading a post that goes for four pages of some moderator here that was talking to try to give competition to motorex a while back. along the post there were a few guy saying something about importing your car to FLA how it would be cheaper or easier. What is this FLA thing they were talking about? I'm in the military and when i go back I'm planning to go back to florida, so I can probably ship what ever car I get back to FLA for free pretty much.

Cheaper, easier, doesn't really matter as it is illegal.
