This isn't car related, but it was done in photoshop. Looks like a bullet hole. It was actually just fooling around with some filters, and i used the airbrush tool to make the hole, then i fooled around with some more filters. It looked like a bullet hole in an old steel wall, so i decided to add some blood. I did that by using the arbrush tool, then smudging it. I adjusted the brightness/contrast and set the blending mode to overlay. And voila...a bullet hole. Hope this doesn't get moved/deleted because its meant to be shared with all of you.

Hmm...thats because the first filter i used were similar numbers to that of the filters of the Matrix effect. You can find that find that HERE (http://www.good-tutorials.com/tutorials/6/80) along with thousands of other excellent how-to's.

Theres a preview. Made entirely in PS with only 3 filters. Looks awesome IMO.
