My 92 bonneville has a vibration that seems to be coming from left front, It is more pronounced above 80 mph and when taking a right hand curve at 30+ mph. The car has 180,000 miles with well balanced tires. I bought the car with 155,000 and it hasn't seemed to get any worse. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

How are your tires wearing? A chopped tire will cause your concern. Also check your wheel bearing and ball joint on that side.

tires are wearing normal, my first thought was a wheel bearing, as it sounded/felt like rough bearing, but bearing was tight and spun freely when tire was off the ground. Yet seems like when side pressure is applied such as in curve you can hear and feel it. Even can make it do it by shaply moving the steering wheel to the right when going straight down the road.

Looks like you may have a seized or seizing axel shaft. If you feel it when making a right turn then it could be the right side. But you feel it on the left. Hard to check the shafts on the car unless it is really bent. Was the front end hit at any point in time? Had a Bonnie and it vibrated at 80 km when applying gas. Replaced both shafts and problem was gone. Good Luck.
