I have a 93 towncar, it’s a limo. The old alternator went bad and I put a new 90volts alt. on that was the largest they had. I'm not sure if the light were pulsing before new alternator but they are now. What could this be bad alternator?, bad ground? the battery is charging fine. I need a direction to start.

90 volts? That would be about 76-78 volts too many. What you want is a 190 AMP Alternator. If you have a 90 AMP Alternator, I don't doubt that you have pulsating lights; in fact, I'm surprised the car runs.

I was wrong, I have a 130 AMP on it. would this still be a problem.

Very much so. A limousine requires a much more heavy-duty Alternator to accommodate the extra electrical load. You want at least a 190 AMP Alternator. The 130 AMP Alternator you have (now) is standard for a Town Car but will always be lacking for a limousine. I know this from experience having owned limousine's, as the link in the signature will show.
