Had a run in with the worst Revell decals I've ever seen

Alright on my Z06 there are red decals that are supposed to go in the seat inserts. There is one decal for each seat. I don't see how Revell thinks that somebody is going to put them on without getting air bubbles. Anybody have any ideas? I've already put them on and have cut them, but there are still some air bubbles.

Get some ModelMaster MicroSol. This effectively softens the decal, and allows it to form into the gaps in the seat. If you are still suffering with air bubbles, you can 'pop' the bubble with a scalpel blade or a pin, and then put on Micro Sol, which will soften it down and the bubble will be gone.

Red decals huh? Well a suggestion would be to just paint the insides of the seats red instead of using decals. If your getting bubbles then maybe your just not having a good day or you aren't pushing them on enough. I had some big decals once which got alot of bubbles but a bit of adjusting got the bubbles out. I think your best bet is to just paint the red on though, would look 100 times better in my opinion.

Yeah, what he said. :) :) Seriously tho' I haven't done alot of models yet, but I always try to paint instead of applying decals.
