Howdy, fellas! :)
Quick question: I was under the impression that Skylines were Left Hand Drive only. But now people are talking about importing them and stuff. Correct me please if I'm wrong. What's the deal here?

All Skylines are left hand drive, for now. That will all change when the R35 gets released here in the US.

I would try and get it converted. I think I would have too much of a hard time to learn to shift with my left hand.

There have been some converted, but I don't think it was by MotoRex. The problem with converting is that the turbos sit on the left side of the engine, and switching the steering column over there is a super-tight fit.

I've actually even heard that they replace the turbo's, which end up bringing down the horsepower.:(

LOL.....It's amazing what you get used to. When i was in the hotrod club years ago, i got to drive my first LHD Car....i was totally lost at first.....keeped on trying to grap the window lever to change gears :bloated: :bloated: :bloated:

It's interesting that RHD cars are allowed to drive in the US. Here they are just banned, with the exeption of a handful of postal delivery cars...
